About us
Dyson Farming Leisure offers a collection of self-catering holiday cottages set on and around working farmland across Lincolnshire, Oxfordshire, West Berkshire and the Cotswolds. Each has been thoughtfully restored from a redundant farm building, from traditional barns to a historic stone Horse Gin, creating unique countryside stays that combine modern comfort and authentic rural character.
Our holiday cottages are ideal for couples, families, groups of friends and anyone looking for dog-friendly accommodation in the countryside.
Our story
Dyson Farming Leisure grew out of the land itself. Long before we welcomed our first guest, this was working farm country. And that’s still what you’ll find when you stay with us.
Staying with us means experiencing life on a real working farm, with views across rolling golden fields, nearly 40km of hedgerows and, at The Grange, even Dyson Farming’s strawberry glasshouse just across the road. Every stay has its own character, shaped by the building and the land it sits on, and looked after by a small team who know every property personally.
What we offer
Real cottages in real locations
Our cottages are made for muddy boots after a countryside walk, family meals around the table and evenings spent unwinding, rather than being styled simply for social media.
Views that change with the seasons
Every cottage sits within a landscape where no two visits are the same. Wake up to fields of wheat, flowering oilseed rape, towering maize or perfectly aligned rows of potatoes. Look a little further to see grazing cattle, thriving hedgerows, woodland and habitats for red-listed farmland birds, all playing their part in the regenerative farming system that shapes the landscape around you.
Looked after by people, not a platform
Every stay is managed by a small, local team. If something needs fixing or explaining, you’ll speak to someone who knows the property inside and out.
