Surrounded by our beautiful farmland and with endless views, this former potato store was given a new lease of life to become a multipurpose event space, perfect for corporate and community events.
The main space seats up to 120 people in a variety of layouts, while a smaller meeting space can accommodate groups of up to ten. The fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for catering your event, making The Hive ideal for anything from conferences and lectures to fayres and workshops.
It is also the starting point for simulated game shooting days, environmental walks and Dyson Farming community events.

Seating up to 22 people for meetings and up to 44 guests for dinner, this set-up is ideal for group gatherings.
Classroom
Ideal for tutorials, training and other presentations, this layout can accommodate up to 16 people.
Lecture
For larger meetings, Q and As and lectures, this set-up is perfect for larger groups of up to 120 guests.
Break-out
Seating up to 42 guests, this set-up is great for breaking out into smaller groups, teambuilding activities and workshops.

The Hive sits in the hamlet of Wasps Nest, just a stone’s throw from the historic city of Lincoln. Formerly a potato store, our facility sits at the heart of Dyson Farming land, surrounded by stunning views, extensive walks and beautiful countryside.
