The perfect base for exploring Lincolnshire, Nocton sits in the countryside, just 20 minutes from Lincoln. This historic city offers plenty to see and do. The uphill area features the cathedral which dates back to 1092, a Medieval motte and bailey castle and the Bailgate, an area known for independent shops and restaurants.

Venture down Steep Hill for the main shopping area and pop into Stokes High Bridge Café for lunch. Brayford Pool is the perfect area for an evening in the city, with plenty of chain restaurants, pubs and bars to enjoy, a cinema, and the Engine Shed events venue.

Also close by is Woodhall Spa, where you can visit the unique Kinema in the Woods, while Horncastle is the place for antiques and collectables, just 30 minutes away.
