Our beautiful holiday cottages can be found across the country in Lincolnshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and The Cotswolds, giving you an idyllic spot to stay close to some of England’s most famous racecourses.
Lincolnshire
Stay in Lincolnshire and you’ll find Market Rasen and Southwell racecourses less than an hour away, with Doncaster and Nottingham a little further away. Make the most of your surroundings to make it a weekend or week away with stunning scenery, long-reaching coastline and historic cities to discover.

Gloucestershire and The Cotswolds
Budding and Tull at Lower Ledge are on the doorstep of Bath Racecourse, giving you enough space for up to 16 people when booked together. A little further afield, you’ll find Wincanton Racecourse, which is also just 40 minutes away from Pipehouse, our three bedroom cottage in The Cotswolds.

Oxfordshire
Located on the edge of the North Wessex Downs, Ilsley Farm Barns are surrounded by beautiful countryside while being just a stone’s throw from Reading, Oxford and London. This convenient location also makes the six cottages an ideal base for a number of racecourses, so you can escape the hustle and bustle after a long day at the races.
Newbury Racecourse is only 20 minutes from the cottages while Royal Windsor, Ascot and Tweseldown racecourses are within an hour away.
